With over a decade of experience in the construction sector and now leading the financial and operational direction of ROLLerUP, Eugene brings a rare blend of technical insight and executive leadership. His hands-on background in construction gives him an intimate understanding of installation, project flow, regulatory compliance and partner management, while his financial acumen ensures the company’s growth trajectory is both sustainable and scalable.

Eugene led the development of our franchise model—defining the tiered structure, revenue streams, centralized systems and partner onboarding process. He ensures that each element—from royalty structures to training modules to Zoho integrations—is aligned with ROLLerUP’s long-term growth goals. His leadership ensures our team moves forward with clarity, discipline and a focus on delivering premium quality at every turn.

With a background in engineering, automation, and business management, Alex has spent over a decade refining the processes that make ROLLerUP both efficient and scalable. He played a key role in building the company’s technology foundation, introducing advanced tools such as Zoho One for CRM, workflow automation, and customer engagement. His approach combines operational precision with a passion for innovation, setting new benchmarks for quality and service in the security and shading industry.

Under Alex’s leadership, ROLLerUP has evolved from a specialized installer into a full-scale design, manufacturing, and franchise-ready brand—trusted by homeowners, contractors, architects, and property managers across Canada. Before joining ROLLerUP, Doron built a remarkable and diverse career spanning logistics, operations, and law enforcement. A former police investigator and detective, he developed exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that now define his approach to managing complex service issues. His ability to assess situations quickly, communicate clearly, and coordinate multiple moving parts makes him a natural leader in high-pressure environments.

His prior experience as Logistics Manager at Ben & Jerry’s Ontario further refined his operational expertise, giving him a strong command of scheduling, resource allocation, and field coordination. This unique combination of investigative discipline and logistical precision makes Doron’s understanding of security shutters and access-control solutions truly unmatched in the industry.
