From the initial consultation with Kirill, to the install, and finally the UNBELIEVABLE customer support from Marina, I can’t recommend this company enough. The quality of shades are top notch and this is a company that truly cares about its customer. I had a couple of small adjustments that were required after I had already paid in full, and even though they could have shrugged it off, roller up did the opposite and helped me out immediately. We have to say that this is the best decision we did! During the pandemic, we undergone a backyard renovation project to create our oasis/cottage at home. An outbuilding was the focus point of this project and we knew, how much sun this building would get. Like anything since the pandemic started, with all prices went up and we were busting our budget, this was one item that we were glad that we did not scrape. With the photos below, one can see the difference of that sun directly shooting to your eyes, versus the UV 90% block afterwards. I believe the video shows the best difference on the effect RollerUP’s screen! We are truly appreciative of Alex and Eugene’s passion and hard work for their clients and would recommend their products to anyone in the market!
From my first interaction with ROLLerUP I was pleased; getting a phone call returned in the GTA is a feat unto itself! Star 1. It cost less than I thought it would. My roll up laneway gate arrived within the timeframe I was told, (star 2) but when installers arrived I wasn’t quite ready. They didn’t freak out, they advised me to reschedule. “We don’t mind, and we don’t want you to have to spend money later if the door is damaged”. Star 3. When installation finally happened I couldn’t have been more pleased. Brandon & Leo did a great job & made me feel as though my job was important, all the while being personable. Stars 4 and 5. Marina and the entire team did an excellent job at meeting all of our expectations with our order. We ordered two very large shutters to enclose the kitchen area of our Cabana. From our first consultation to the final installation, it was timely, they gave updates and they were very accommodating with installation dates that worked with our schedule. The final product was perfect! Even the installers were professional, on time and took care of the work area as though it was their own place they were working in. My mother found this company searching on Google and I’m glad to say they are better than your average! It started with her just wanting a garage door roll up for our carport; the sales associate woman was so patient and helpful with her and the installers were very professional, really nice and didn’t leave until everything was clean and she knew exactly how to use everything! She loved the finished project so much that she called them back to install an awning in her backyard! Both look beautiful. Both work amazing thank you all so so much !! This is an excellent Company to deal with. I first dealt with RollerUp about 2 years ago as I was looking for someone to repair an old Rollag shutter. They came out to look at the job and discovered a broken plastic spindle reel guide and since parts were not available, they had a metal guide manufactured to make the repair. I have just had 2 additional shutters installed and the process from selection to measurements to manufacturing to installation date to installation all went very smotthly. I cannot say enough about the RollerUp employees- warm and friendly while very professional and competent even with all the issues with COVID. Great people, great product and a great experience.

I am very impressed, from the shutter itself to the packaging and the Smarties, the quality is as good or better than I expected. Dimensions, which were critical, were exact and every piece and part right down to the last screw, with some always needed extras, were included.Excellent customer service and follow up from start to finish by Irina.I used it for a home interior application to enclose a furnace room and it does exactly what I had planned, which I couldn’t achieve with a stud wall and door. Gives me extra space in the laundry room while still providing clear and easy access to all of the mechanicals. Operates very smoothly and quietly. Great product!
I came home one day opened my garage and found it would not close back up. After literally 40years of the shutter opening and closing effortlessly the run was over. I call “another Emergency” garage service hoping they could help and all they managed to do was Wreck the key to the lock. The next day I Called up Rollerup.ca, they quickly came out to my house inspected and started to get to work ASAP. After all was said and done the culprit the Motor was gone. They quickly ordered the parts required, and spent the rest of the time at the house inspecting and repair/servicing the 5 manual roll shutters replacing the “Tapes”. I am extremely happy with the due diligence and eagerness and professionalism of the Techs that came to the house. We had roll shutters installed in our home in all bedroom windows. It’s so great to finally have real darkness in the rooms when shutter are closed, and not being waken up by the morning light. The slats on exterior roller shutters purchased from another windows installer some years ago, came apart, and in my haste, I yanked to housing off the guide rails, and broke their end caps. I spent some time looking for an installer that could just do the necessary repair. The first company (not RollerUP) sent someone to my home who told me that it was an easy fix by replacing the housing. Then I received an estimate from the company boss which was for a whole new assembly >$1000. I told them that I was not interested. He then sent me an invoice stating I owed them $150 just for the visit! RollerUP came by, took the measurements of the housing and installed it at a fraction of the price. I am so satisfied.
